Good device, but the touch buttons are not always pressed the first time, especially if your hand is wet =)5 stars in my mind, 4 stars only towards the manufacturer, let them correct it!

We used it to steam the rice every day. The design is good and it's really useful for cooking. The function for keeping warm is excellent. But there is 2 points which need to be considered. It's not easy to press the button because it's hard plastic. And the container is too small. Some dishes can't be put in.

The instructions are not well written and the product is difficult to use, e.g., buttons don't respond well to being pressed. Very difficult to make work.Also, different terms are used in documentation than what are labeled on the product itself. Not worth keeping for what I paid. Besides, I don't want to have to figure out how to use it and have it be difficult to use every time I use it. Life is too short. I need a steamer that actually works as described and doesn't take a ton of effort to use!!I used it once to steam a piece of salmon. It worked pretty well, but as I say, major pain in the neck to figure out how to use.

I love several things about this food steamer:- The 2-tier design allows for a compact size steamer that fits on most kitchen countertops quite easily without occupying too much space.- The 7 liter total size means we can steam and prepare lots of vegetables and meat at the same time.- I love the retro futuristic look of the steamer. It looks like something out of the 1960s kitchen. However, instead of the physical buttons and knobs, there is an LED screen and touch sensor buttons to choose and control the steamer's features and functions.- All compartments and layers and accessories are easy to take apart and clean. So, cleaning and maintaining this unit is super easy.- High quality design and material and build.

I bought this because it was stainless steel instead of plastic, however it is cumbersome and the controls do not work correctly. For example, I am unable to turn it off. I have to unplug it to stop it. Boil time is great though.

Stopped working after 3 months.Doesn't deserve 1 star.Don't buy.Update:Received refund even after it's warranty period. Good customer service. Because of good customer service will rate my experience with product and seller to 4.

took me a long time to find a square size steamer. it much easier to clean compare to other steams not using stainless steels. I like the preset timer. but it don't have the manual set timer. that one star is the touch button sometime is not sencing my touch. but overall i'm happy with the steamer.
