This looks like a Lisle, but the workmanship is not there. On the side of the joint, I can see small metal flakes are falling off. Under the bent side, the finish is very poor. Oh well. Probably better to pay up for the real Lisle version.

I hate auto electrical plugs, sure 80% work as intended but the other 20% are to varying degrees a pain in the butt. These pliers help if you have room to get them into position. They are built very well especially since you don't squeeze very hard (or you'll break the plug). They just give you a better grip and more leverage. I doubt you would ever break these during normal use. Worth every penny!

I could not believe how easy this tool makes it to take apart electrical connectors. Burned out hours of my life taking apart stubborn connectors in tight places, before getting this tool. With these pliers, the effort is to position the jaws correctly and decoupling is done in a hurry. The construction feels solid, and there is no wear to these on normal use, expect them to last a lifetime. The handles have good grip, though I would have liked a bit more padding – not a biggie for my non-professional, sporadic use.

These are the 2nd set of connector pliers that I have in my toolbox. I do like these better than my other ones when I have the room to use them. My other set goes down to a much smaller point at the end. Sometimes the pierce the plastic on the connector especially when it is really stuck on. These ones never have that problem but they are also harder to get into tight places.
