It’s a bit hard to get started, but works pretty well. I just thought it would be easier to use. On a good note, I love the way it remove the top instead of just the thin lid. No cuts! Great safety feature. The good definitely outshines the less than the ease of using it. Actually, it just takes a little while to get used to it. It fits very nicely in a drawer.

I love it! A little hard to open to put in the batteries but still love! It opens the can and then moves the lid to the side and you take it off the opener. Also, no worries about putting it in a drawer where it might start by itself and running down the battery. It has a “lip” to put on the can so till you do that, it won’t run.

It does the job almost flawlessly and it doesn’t leave a mess like one we bought recently but couldn’t return. It is a notch above the rest!

These are a live saver! I might not ever go back to another can opener besides this one. I use this product almost everyday and it has not failed me yet! It does like to go through batteries pretty often. But I have found out that if I use a better battery instead of the cheaper batteries, It last me a lot longer! I am a left-handed person, so me and hand can openers do not get along at. all. So this product is just the right fit for me.

My old electric can opener died and I wanted something smaller/easier. It takes a minute to figure out how to place this opener on a can, but then it easily gets the job done. It’s all plastic except for the cutting part, but that makes it super lightweight. Quality and functionality is as described. Good value and size for the cost.

Only after I got the enclosed instruction "not to be used with cans with curved body" did I realize it is worthless to use on my oblong, very curved sardine cans.I got a can of Del Monte fruit finally opened and it CUT THE ENTIRE TOP OF THE CAN OFF ABOUT 1/4 INCH past the lid. No smooth edges here, completely sharp edges on both the top 1/4 inches past the lid plus the can itself razor sharp edges.I kust threw it in the trash. The return UPS office 25 miles away, not worth it to return.It was VERY LOUD and slow when it cannibalized my fruit can. Probably could have left poeces of metsl in the fruit can, which I also threw away.Very, very disappointing.

I have significant issues with regular can opener’s and get unreasonably irritated when trying to use one. This sucker is worth every penny, works great and I no longer want to throw the cans across my kitchen lol.
