This broke when we tried to open a can with it the first day we received the can opener. Its was not as easy as we thought it was going to be. Needless to say we ended up having to purchase a different electric can opener that is old school style.

I am so convenient! A few days ago, when I was preparing to cook dinner, I found that the can lid was too tight and the manual can opener couldn't open it at all. At this time, I used the electric can opener, which opened the can easily and was very safe without worrying about the blade hurting my hands. Since I have it, I have become more efficient when cooking, and I have recommended it to my friends!

This can opener is very easy to use. It came 2 days after I ordered it. It came with cards with toll free phone # for questions as well as complaints. Also has a qr code for more info, plus will extend the warranty from one year to two years. Very satisfied!!
