I simply loved this hot pot and grill set. It works well for 2-4 people, which is a great capacity overall, with a textured grill plate that preserves flavor and juice perfectly and has an ample space on grill plate... enough for my family. The best part is both the grill and hot pot can be used at the same time, which saves time too.However, it has some issues like the cord is short, so either you need to put it near to the plug or use an extension. Moreover, just to let you know the pot isn’t removable, so you might have to work on washing it very carefully and technically. The temperature control is shared, which can make balancing heat tricky at times but I do manage but staying near it .All said... besides some of its drawbacks I still loved it and would recommend!Overall, it’s fun, easy to clean, and safe for indoor use, making it perfect for small groups!

Nice griddle with a good size plate. I do find there are a few hotter spots on it, but it worked good.I did like the warmer area. I found it great for cooking some things or keeping other parts warm.Cleaning was ok, I didn't find it super easy around the edges.

We love going out for hot pots, so this was a fun addition to our kitchen gear. The pot and grill work quite well and hold enough food for a small dinner group. On the downside, the cord is very short. Since we wanted to place the grill and pot in the center of the dining room table, we had to use an extension cord. Additionally, the pot is not removable, so I found it easiest to add additional hot pot broth from another pan with a ladle. The temperature of the grill and pot are controlled with a single control, so we found we were overheating the pot when grilling—and vice versa. There are no English instructions (or even any usable picture-based instructions), but the operation is pretty straightforward. In the end, I think the size is best suited for 2-4 people. We enjoyed using it and found it fairly easy to use and clean.

My family loves dipping things, so this was right up our alley. Fondue is our favorite 'special meal,' and this Hot Pot has helped boost that up to a whole new level. We have used it a couple of times now and haven't run into any major issues. Both times we made kababs (chicken and shrimp the first time, steak the second) and they worked out great. I made a thick ale gravy for the beef, and a delicious garlic cheese dip for the chicken, both of which worked out very well in the hotpot. I love being able to make everything on once surface that doesn't even necessarily have to be in the kitchen while I'm working on sides. It makes for a very interactive meal if you choose to eat family style like we can. Larger families will probably not be able to cook enough on this for a full meal, but you CAN precook some kababs or meat and veggies and then let everyone warm them back up on the grill.Overall I am very happy with this grill. It has become a new favorite in a house of foodies always eager to try something new.

After months of spending way too much at hot pot restaurants, I decided to bring the experience home with this SERENITA grill/hot pot combo, and it's been a total game-changer. The size is just right for our family, though it could definitely handle a couple more people comfortably. What I love most is how we can grill meat on one side while keeping our soup simmering on the other - perfect for the picky eaters in the house, or when we want variety.The non-stick surface is impressive - even sticky marinades clean up easily, and I appreciate the oil drainage system that keeps things from getting too greasy. The heating is surprisingly quick and even, making it great for both tender meats and veggies. The divided hot pot section is genius for when my some want spicy broth and others want something milder.Only small drawbacks: the power cord could be a bit longer, and you'll want to place it near the middle of your table for everyone to reach comfortably. Also, while cleanup isn't difficult, you do need to be careful with the non-stick coating. But honestly, these are minor compared to the money we're saving on restaurant meals. If you enjoy Asian-style cooking or just want a fun dinner option, this has been totally worth the investment. We use it at least once a week now! Highly recommend!
