This popular clamp holder is made of a die cast alloy with metal clamping screws. Accepts square and tubular sections up to 16mm in diameter at right angles to each other. Will also hold flat articles such as rulers, magnets, drawing boards, etc...
Measures approximately 5.5 x 5.5 x 5 cm in size.

This review is for the Eisco Labs Square Boss Head Clamp.I have the clamp on my ringstand. The Eisco holds tighter than two other clamps. I'm pleased. Five stars.

I know this is for lab equipment, but I find this infinitely useful in my various garage fabrications and projects. It appears to be well made and far exceeding the quality I will ever actually need out of it.It can hold rods both parallel and perpendicular configuration. The rods shown in my pictures are 6mm in diameter, which doesn't come anywhere close to the max rating on this clamp.The fit & finish of this product is nice. Even the thumb screw threads came with a bit of grease on them, that's attention to detail if you ask me.I'm very glad to add this tool to my arsenal of clamps and vises!

The casting broke. It worked well for a few days. I liked how low profile it was. However I would not recommend if you need a particularly stiff clamp setup. Buy a stainless steel boss head clamp instead.
