(1) Boss head
This heavy duty boss head is die casted alloy with a black coat finish. It accepts rods up to 20mm in diameter at a right angle to one another. Large thumb screws and grooved knobs for easy adjustments.
Bosshead measures 5" in length and 1.5" wide.

This is a lightweight but durable clamp that is easy to use. The adjusting screw handles are large and easy to operate - much better than the small thumb screws that are sometimes used. Although I did not get out a protractor, the clamp appears to be a solid 90° from the ringstand bar.I believe that the clamp is robust, but it does not have the heft and solid feeling of the cast iron clamps. I do not think it will impact the function, and it certainly was no problems for my application, but it is worth noting.
