A real piece of furniture, arrived ready to use right out of the well packed & protected packaging box. NOT the cheap stuff you have to put together. NO wooden buttons to cover screws. Extremely durable & sturdy. Love the hand slot for easy pickup to transport & great height to elevate my legs while sitting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Perfect. We purchased these before. After we lost them with Hurricane Helene’s flood, we knew we needed to replace them. They are very sturdy and a must have when you need that little step up.

The hand slot is a wonderful convenience feature . . . so easy to move it! And it's not too heavy for one-handed pick up- 5 lbs. by my scale. Standing on it, it feels stable & the top surface is large enough that both my feet fit entirely & comfortably on top. Although there are no non-slip pads on the feet, I feel completely safe standing on it. The finish feels durable & has a little bit of shine. It's cute with a basket of flowers, so I do that when not standing on it! I expect I will have & enjoy this stool for many years. It comes assembled in a heavy-duty box with styrofoam & cardboard corners to protect the feet. Out of so many choices, I'm so happy I got this one!

This is the 3rd time I have purchased this item. I purchased one about 17 years ago and my husband snagged it so I ordered another one about 15 years ago. It held up great and was very sturdy. I used it every day about 20 times a day so I can reach items in my upper cabinets because they go to the ceiling. Unfortunately, my husband snagged this one too and he used it outside to reach something under the hood of his pickup and the way he must have been leaning or pushing on it to reach something in the middle made it break. I was not happy with him - but I did get a new one! The stain in the 15 year old one stayed on really well but did begin to wear down after the repeated use but I still felt it looked good. Definitely a long lasting stool.

Perfect solution for my needs: two grandchildren no longer fighting over the stool. These came assembled which was such a blessing. Just lift them out of the box and they are ready to use. We realized that they will also stack at a slight angle. Very happy with this product. Mine are black, look great in my living room and stowed neatly under a bench.
