The customer service is exceptional. We love the stool but the first one came damaged on the side. When notified of the damage, this replacement stool was received within a week. My three year old grand daughter loves it! It’s the perfect height for her to step up onto to brush her teeth at the sink. For a little girl, the design and colors are just right. It’s stable and sturdy and it’s big enough for her to stand on without falling off yet small enough that it doesn’t take up a lot of space in the bathroom.

I wanted a special gift for my friend who is a teacher and WoW this was even better in person! My friend loved it and is planning to order for her children as well.
