I had originally purchased a filter from my local hardware store that was twice the size of this filter. I wanted to have the replacement on hand when I pulled out the filter in my new to me refrigerator. Imagine my surprise to find I had a filter that would not fit! I ordered this one online and it fits! I am SO happy to have a fresh water filter in my water line to by refrigerator! The water tastes so much better now! Thanks!

I bought this to replace the Every Drop water filter I bought at Home Depot for $55. So far, this is working great!! Less than half the price..
