I received the pens on or about 2 Nov 21 but they sent 3 pens 01 03 and .05 when in fact I ordered 0.3 pens. I was disappointed also that I only received 3 pens for £18.99 when the image on the Web site showed more.I returned them on or about 5 Nov 21 with the label provided, but I have heard nothing since.I am 88yrs of age and quite honestly I couldn't be bothered to pursue it further and I don't expect you to because of the lapse in time and I mean that thank you.
