Purchased product and they sent me complete different item- they did exchange to correct item with no questions asked. After receiving correct product: the welded a screw to the wrong hole on the metal piece that holds stores the ramp when not using (the 3 holes are not evenly spaced on purpose but the screw should be welded on a certain hole which was done incorrectly- see photos). The product seems sturdy and is priced fairly but you take the chance of poor QC.

Very strong, and perfect for my KTM 350 XCF. Awesome value and great instructions for easy assembly in about 30 minutes with basic tools. Make sure you have metric wrenches and sockets for assembly.

Has to be assembled, but not difficult if you have half a brain. I use it to haul my electric hunting bike. Didn’t want to spend hundreds on a bike carrier, so I took a chance on this one. Works excellent, for a fraction of the cost of a bike carrier. A couple of ratchet straps to hold it down and you’re ready to roll. Kind of heavy and awkward to carry, but how many times do you actually lift it? No regrets on this purchase

Great carrier and great price. A couple of things to note.1) The ramp does NOT have a second bar securing it, rather there is one bar and the center mounting points.2) The instructions are pretty bad, and have you install the main rack pieces upside-down. You want those outside attachment points for the ramp to cup upwards so the ramp can hook into them.3) Don't over-tighten your bolts or the frame will pinch and bend inward.4) One of the silver cross bolts on each side has a cotter pin. You want this one at your wheelbase so your tires sit in there better, then put back in through the tire if able. Second to last spot is good for a 60in wheelbase.Other than those small things this rack has been great for my ebike

Instructions could have been more precise. Some of the holes need to assemble unit were not predrilled at the factory. Unit is quite heavy but also heavy duty.

This carrier came with one important missing part…a bracket! Good thing hubby was able to make one himself out of steel.

I ordered this to transport a 200lb kid mid-sized dirt bike on a Class III trailer hitch. It worked exactly as described and the price is very good for what you get - especially if you can get it on sale. It isn't as light as a more expensive aluminum carrier but it works just as well. I would probably not want to transport a heavy bike personally but the 200-300lb range seems OK. There are 4 holes to for tie downs. The ramp works great to get the bike up onto the carrier and also has a lip to hold it in place. However, the ramp is heavy duty and probably weighs 1/4 of the total weight of the carrier so if you remove it before handling the carrier it certainly makes it easier. The instructions are very minimal so I recommend consulting images to make sure you are putting it together correctly. Make sure your bolts face outward so the ends are not poking into the rails which might impact your tires. Other than that, it took maybe 1.5 hrs to assemble and test out. There is a very important insert that goes into the trailer receiver part of the transport. This is for integrity so make sure it is in the right place and the right orientation. There is also a metal cylinder that goes over the receiver bolt after you insert and secure it through the receiver hitch with a cotter pin. Overall the price is very reasonable for what you get. Make sure you inventory all the parts before beginning as some might fall out of the box before you get it. I posted a picture so you can easily organize the parts based on what I got.
