Thus allowed me to get hot water again but, upset I needed it this soon. My water heater is less than 5 years old.

Product worked inmediately after replacement. There is no science behind the installation. It is dumb proof. Just make sure you did follow the troubleshooting manual if you doing solo or call support for guidance on diagnosing the faulty part of the electric water heater.

This part was pretty easy to install but be prepared for all the water that comes out. I ended up drying the water inside the unit with my hair blow dryer. Working great so far and it saved me a visit from a plumber or having to just buy a new unit.

A very complete rebuild kit. Received the wrong part the first time, and returned to get the right one. Prompt replacement. This did not fix my heater as hoped, so the 9 times out of ten trouble shooting scenario didn't pan out for me.

es un repuesto, no funciona igual que el original, pero cumple las expectativas, y el precio no es muy cómodo

The part is exactly what it says, perfect replacement and worked for me with no issues at all. I noticed it does have a bit longer delay than the original flow sensor, i.e. it takes longer to come on after a faucet is opened and longer to go off after a faucet is closed. That's not a problem tho (did make my heart skip a beat at first tho). This part exactly matches the original, making it an easy replacement in terms of the steps to follow (materials may even be superior to original). The most difficult part is moving all the other wires out of the way to get the old parts out, new parts in, and not lose any screws in the process.

Factory replacement part. EcoSmart is a good brand, but the original models used cheap plastic for the flow meter housing, and it leeches water over time and causes the electronics to fail. This is the factory repair package. Seems to be an updated plastic that hopefully doesn't have the leeching problem. Fixes the problem with it not turning on when you turn the water on. If you are mechanically inclined and familiar with appliance repair, it's not difficult to install. Took me about 30 minutes, which included disconnecting and reconnecting water lines and electric.
