Update 17 May 2024 - The supplier contacted me and said they would send me a replacement product. I received it today and I have used it. This product is great and worth the investment.I originally gave this a 5 star rating in June 2023. I have used the product on an average of five days a week since I received it in June last year.Last week the bladder that goes under my neck started leaking air. I sent the company a message through Amazon explaining the situation and they did not respond. I contacted Amazon customer service and they told me there is no manufacturer warranty. I cannot revise my original review so I am writing a new one. This is a great product but keep in mind if something wears out or breaks past the 30 day return policy, you are stuck with it. I feel I got the full value / benefit of the item but I did not expect to be purchasing another one so soon. This is a lesson learned for me so you don’t have to experience on your own. Going forward , I am going to verify there is a manufacturer warranty on the next product I purchase.

I was so happy when I found this. My chiro uses it on me after he does my manipulation as an additional stretch prior to icing. He suggested I use a can of vegetables to stretch between chiro visits. I was looking for something a little more comfortable and found the same device he uses in his office. I like that I can adjust the amount of pressure. It is durable and easy to use. I saw some reviews that said it lost air during use but I have not found that to be a problem. I have had it almost a year with no problems.

Purchased this for my boyfriend who always has neck issues. We were hoping it would be able to stretch it and finally get some relief but this product is very cheaply made especially for $60-70! The buttons kept coming undone, the Velcro wouldn't stay put, and it ended up just making him angry and in more pain. Going to order something else because this thing is maybe worth $5-$10 at most. Very disappointed.

These cheap plastic products should not be this expensive , a better chin/head strap is desired as well

This is kind of like, the cheap version of those cervical neck traction relaxers and stretchers out here on Amazon, that cost $300-$400. And depending on your condition, one of these might even work better than one of those expensive ones. Then again, it also might not help you at all. I've been looking for different kinds of relief for my condition for a long time now, and I can say from experience that's just how these things go. The only way to know if something is going to work for you, is to try it for yourself. And at least with this thing it doesn't cost a small fortune.Besides that, it's quite easy to use. A strap goes across the forehead. Then, a strap comes down off of that strap and goes down and around the chin. And finally, there's a manual squeeze pump that's used to pump air into the part that rests behind the neck. The pump has a button that lets the air out, and there's also a clip in the line that can pinch the air hose closed making it so that the hand pump can't pump air in or let air out. Oh, there's also two different places the head strap can be ran through so that people with larger and smaller heads can use this device. So it should fit pretty much anybody. Of course, there's always an exception and there's probably a few folks out there that it won't fit.Anyway, based on what I got I could definitely recommend this to anyone who is considering it. The item I got was what was described in the listing, and it performed just like it was supposed to. As for if it will work for anyone and their particular condition, I can't say though.

I have only been using this about a week in order to gradually put the curve back in my neck, which is straight and should be curved. Laying on it is no problem. What IS a problem are the head and chin straps. The Velcro barely sticks and comes loose almost instantly, and the snaps are flimsy and don't stay snapped if you even slightly move to adjust yourself. In fact, I had to send the first one back because a snap was defective and wouldn't snap at all. I've given up on using the straps, which don't seem to be necessary anyway. My chiropractor recommended working up to 15 minutes, but right now I can only handle 5 minutes at a time or I will get a migraine. I'm going to keep at it. Just take it slow and don't crank it up too much until you get used to it.

My chiropractor recommended that I buy this. She noted that the original model cost almost $200 and that there were some very well-reviewed and much less expensive products. This cost a quarter of the original's price and it works perfectly. After only 3 uses, my neck pain is gone. I highly recommend this product.
