An absolute power house of a blower. It does everything I want it to do and it has no issues whatsoever. The only problem is that it weighs like 25 pounds but that’s to be expected, it’s a backpack blower after all. It’s rather difficult to put the hose together but if you manage to lock it into one of those channels on the inside of the tube, the hose will never be blown off by the blower. Overall great purchase for $650Always starts in a single pull after going through the priming, it doesn’t feel scratchy or itchy so it’s comfortable, and it’s very quiet. I don’t even need to wear headphones when I’m using it.

When they advertise as the strongest in the world, they aren’t kidding. Love it. Sounds like a 2 stroke motorcycle from back in the day. IMO, Echo is every bit as good as Stihl.

Great product. The blower runs like a champ. Putting was easy and even getting started was easier. Definitely need to wear headphones because of the noise but a super strong blower.

I live on a rural acreage with lots of trees in the Pacific Northwest. Windstorms are a regular winter occurrence leaving plenty of debris in the yard and on the road. This blower exceeded my expectations for its capability to move all the debris. It is so powerful it will move 3/4" crushed gravel with ease. That was not my intention, so I developed the throttle skill to move what needs to be moved and leave the gravel behind.

This thing is awesome. It's heavy and very powerful. It is not for your average weakling but it will blow leaves like a champ. Our neighbor saw us using it and asked to try it because he was interested in buying one. He said it was to powerful and too heavy. It is loud at full throttle but that's to be expected. It starts easy if u use the right gas and oil mixture and follow directions. It fits on the back comfortable and it does its job. Very impressed.

When I unboxed the ECHO PB9010T, I was impressed with how well-packed and intact it was. Assembly was straightforward, though it took me about 20 to 30 minutes to get the tubing orientation right. You get four blower tubes, two pipe clamps, and a clever plastic disk to prevent the wind from blowing on your back — a thoughtful touch, especially for those chilly days! Now let’s talk power! Imagine strapping an 80CC dirt bike engine to your back — that’s what this blower feels like. It's incredibly powerful, and yes, it’s LOUD. I highly recommend using hearing protection while operating it. But trust me, once you fire it up, you’ll realize why. This beast of a machine moves wet, heavy leaves, sticks, rocks, dog mess, and more like they’re nothing. Even thatch and pine needles deep in your lawn won’t stand a chance!Every time I squeeze the trigger, I can feel the raw power in my hands. I honestly look forward to clearing my yard now — it’s that much fun. Just remember to be considerate of your neighbors and avoid early-morning leaf-blowing marathons!

Pros:- Incredibly powerful. Turned what used to be a multiple day cleanup into a one day cleanup. It can easily blow a pile of wet leaves up a hill.- Solid construction.- Controls and straps are comfortable.Cons:- You start to feel how heavy it is after about an hour. After 4+ hours of use in a day, your shoulders and back will probably be sore. But if you need this level of power, it's an understandable tradeoff. For lighter jobs, a lighter backpack blower would be preferable.- Loud and guzzles gas. It is what it is. Since it has a large fuel tank, the run time is decent though.- The placement of the primer bulb is really dumb. The fuel lines are directly in the way. It's usable but inconvenient.- The directions and diagrams in the instruction manual to assemble the Posi-loc pipes are confusing. This is 2022. I don't know why Echo doesn't just record a video and put a QR code in the manual to save the headache.Overall: this blower exceeded my expectations and I'm giving it 5 stars. There's still room for improvement but nothing major. Some of the cons are more like tradeoffs. They come with the territory I suppose. It's up to you to choose the right tool for the job. If you need power and performance above all else, I'd recommend this blower.

I have an acre of property and over the 7 years I've been living here have been trying all sorts of methods to clear the leaves. Mowing them up works great, but you're emptying the bag every five minutes.I have a nice Makita leaf blower, would blow them into a pile and use my Toro vac shredder to mulch them into a garbage can then dump them in the woods. Once that became too tiresome, I started blowing them into a tarp and dragging that to the woods.I finally added it up and realized it was taking me about 10 hours to clear the leaves in the yard. And I do multiple clearings as the leaves fall during the year, so multiply that 10 hours by 3.Finally decided to stop messing around and buy a more powerful blower and see if that helped. Reviews suggested this Echo was one of the most powerful on the market. I have an Echo chainsaw I like very much, so I bought it.Result? The entire lawn cleared in 2 hours. This machine is unbelievable powerful, actually pushes you back as you use it. The piles of leaves, sticks, other debris had no chance. This means I'll be saving 20 to 24 hours each year on leaf clearing. Amazing.Word of warning, though, be careful around existing plants and bushes, especially new growth, as this thing will knock them over. (Sorry, hon.)Also it is loud. I initially only wore muff style ear protection, but quickly decided to put plus in as well. And wear your goggles. This machine kicks things up hard. And make sure you knock all the debris out of your hair before you go in the house. (Sorry again, hon.)All in all, a life changing machine. Worth every penny.
