I have multiple Echo Dot's, but needed to hang one outside on our patio. This was so easy to hang. And the Dot just pops right in and is so snug in the holder.

I wanted to use the 3M strips to hang it, but I failed to follow the instructions. It said to wait 24 hours before attaching the second piece and the Echo. I forgot and hung it all in a half hour. It fell off the wall during the night. So I replaced it with the screws provided. For me this little gadget was the perfect solution for my needs.

I mounted my echo on the garage ceiling. It's holding well and wasn't complicated. Good product.

The Adhesive did not work on the wall, I had to screw it in but after that it was great.

It works, connected to the Dot easily enough. I would recommend if you’re not able to drill holes into your wall to invest in a more durable removable adhesive but apart from that I’m pleased with the results. I do plan on moving mine to a better location but for sake of context I am including a picture

The adhesive pads will not hold the unit on a clean tile wall. It keeps falling off. Bummer.
