I bought 3 or 4 sets of these from amazon from what appeared to be different sellers. NONE of them worked - one pair had nothing inside the shell, another was a 2-pack but I received one, but even that one did not work. I returned most of them, credit to amazon for no hassles on the returns, but think I just tossed the last set in the bin.Don't waste your money on these.

NFG.Super easy to program on a Ford Escape, but no range at all even with fresh batteries. Have to sit in the car or hold the FOB against the windshield to get them to work.

Nice quality. Quick shipping. Forst time I've ever had 2 working remotes for my '99 F250 Super Duty. Absolute breeze to program. Note: These work with lots of cars but you must follow the programming instructions for YOUR kind of car exactly. Also, the "door ajar" light must function properly or programming will not work. Anyway, best, cheap fix I've done on a car in years in years. Oh, and these work with or without a working original remote. God bless. Ed

This is a low cost option to replacing a Fob But it has its limitations. You have to be much nearer to the vehicle for it to be in range. Sometimes it requires multiple presses of the button to work. It paired rather easily to my Ford Taurus X and due to the price of one at a dealership, I can overlook its flaws, this works for me.

Mazda Tribute 2003My car was purchased without remotes....bought this one and it works good enough for me. Programming was easy and as per the instructions....it programmed the first time right away. The Pros:It gets me into the car without having to use the keyIt is very much like the factory's remoteProgramming was easy and quickThe price is very good....especially for a guy on a tight budget like meThe Cons:The distance is not good. I'm guessing it has a range of about 50 feet or less.Maybe the battery? Or maybe it is just a weak transmitter...either way, I'm happy to use my remote rather than key.

This was the best 10$ I have spent in a long time. Bought it for my f150 2014. Worked perfect. I needed 2 chipped keys to get it to program. But it works great. Does what it’s supposed to do and the 2 for 10$ is so worth it. Neither keys I have had the remote buttons. Now I have 2 keys and 2 remotes. Both programmed simple when I figured out you need to turn on off the ignishion 8 times with both. Put the truck in program mode and than did both remotes one right after the other with out have to do the key thing again. Thanks for a great product

These replacement wireless remotes work perfectly. We programmed them on the first try by following the instructions exactly. I suggest you read the instructions and memorize the steps before you start programming the remotes because the steps go very quickly,. You won't have time to stop and read the instructions to see what to do next. For example, you have to push the buttons on the remotes within 10 seconds of getting the vehicle into programming mode, so 10 seconds is not enough time to stop and read the next step. It is so nice having new remotes for this older vehicle..We only use this older Explorer to haul things we don't want in our newer vehicles, so we didn't want to spend a lot of money on remotes. We had been sharing the one remote we had that was working because it is an older vehicle and we thought the cost to replace one would be prohibitive, but that didn't prove to be correct. These remotes were perfectly priced and easily programmed. We would recommend these remotes to friends.

I realized a day after having had my car valet parked that my keyless entry fob was gone. Sadly, I'm one of those people who never uses my key and always use the remote - plus, it's a safety issue at night if I'm out alone. I managed to survive about 3 days without it before I caved and purchased these. I was concerned that they would be hard to program but the setup was super easy! My car is a 2005 Ford Freestyle, and although the listing says that you need to have an existing remote to program the new one, I did not need the old remote. All I had to do was go into the car, insert the key and follow some simple directions. It took 3 minutes from start to finish to program the remotes, test them and move on with my day.The remotes themselves are exact duplicates of the OEM remotes that I haveVery satisfied with this purchase!

I'm really surprised by the quality and ease of these things. I wasn't sure what I would get for just $5 each but I figured I'd give it a shot. The only problem with my oem one was the hoop the the key ring goes through broke off. They didn't come with instructions as some other reviews have mentioned but a quick Google search and you can have both of these remotes programmed to your car in about 10 seconds (literally). I wasn't sure about buying these because some of the reviews said the range was terrible ("10-15 feet") and although that may hAve been their experience but I have yet to hit the button and not get a response from my truck. I've used it at over 100 yards and from the back of my house when the trucks on the street. So if anything I would say the range is TOO far. And some reviewers said that you could only sync one at a time because every time you program one it cancels the other one and that's not true, they just didn't do it right. All you have to do is turn the key on and off 8 times fast until the door locks lock and unlock by themselves, then you leave the key on and press a button on one remote and the doors will lock and unlock again to confirm it, the just push a button on the second remote and it will lock and unlock again to confirm that one also. THEN you turn the key off.
