This product came damage. This is just one of two that we purchased. We haven’t opened the other one but we hope it’s not damaged as well. This also came missing piece F2. For the amount of money I paid this is unacceptable.

The product did incur minor damage upon delivery however the company was very tentative to our needs in handling our issue getting it resolved within a timely manner. The product is self turned out well for its size and looks great as a Furniture piece in our living room we have an 85 lb American Pit Bull mix who is at least 3 ft this cage has enough room for him another small dog and our cat and our dog seems to like it.

So this unit cost us $380 with shipping. It got here way faster than it said it would which was a nice surprise. It took us about 2.5 hours to put together and you need a big space. Directions were relatively easy. There was a few things that we had to take some time to figure out which way they went but it worked out. The quality is lacking. I would have been happy paying $250 for this but $380 is too expensive. I wouldn’t buy it again. We will see how it holds up. It does look nice.

It looks so great! I love it! I have 2 large dogs and there is plenty of room to spare. One dog is 1/2 husky & 1/2 blue healer. My other girl is 1/2 blue healer & 1/2 border collie. They love it and are very comfortable. The drawers are the perfect size. We have it in the living room and have a 65 inch TV on it. Easy to assemble and we'll worth the price.

I wish we got this sooner! We live in a small duplex so we needed room but also counter space! Its beautiful and I have got nothing but compliments and people asking where to buy it since we got it!And our dogs actually go in them willingly with the door open for chill time because they love having their own area!

Very minor imperfections. Nothing anyone can notice (and let’s be honest we’re about to put our dogs in it so it’s not gonna be perfect forever) I purchased this for my in-home dog grooming salon and it has just brought the atmosphere up so much. This looks like a luxury hotel for dogs ha ha. It did take close to three hours for me to put it together by myself, but I was able to do it by myself. (5 foot four 120 pound female) It’s really not hard just time-consuming. But completely worth it and absolutely beautiful.

We are very pleased with this purchase. As a household with multiple dogs we have been trying to find a way to accommodate everyone's space. We received it slightly sooner than expected and I began assembling the crates by myself. With 2 people it would have been faster but by myself it still didn't take very long. The directions were clear and easy to follow. It came with all the tools you would need. I leave the center panel in place to keep the 2 kennels separate. I have a 65 lb pittie, a 25 lb Boston terrier, and a small chihuahua/dachshund mix. It has worked out better than I expected. Once their beds went in they are happy to be in the family room with everyone but still have their own space. Or sometimes I have found all 3 in the same side snuggled up and the other side just empty.
