Very thick gauge steel wire fan grills - surprisingly so in fact. I needed to modify an old HAF912 computer case to put some 200MM fans on the exterior top and side while finding a way to not get my fingers removed later in the process. I am used to using 120/140mm dinky easy to bend "may as well not even use them" grills from other vendors. But these guards are spectacular. Over built and over engineered in a very good way. You could probably (but don't do it) even support 10lbs or more on top of them and even then I am not sure they would bend. Would be great in an industrial setting as well or even to use as an external fan grill for a vent, etc.

Looked at by itself, the construction is good. It is a perfectly serviceable grill. However, it is advertised as being for 200mm "PC" fans. There is even the "frequently bought together" section that shows a Thermaltake 200mm PC fan. Well, I have that exact fan (even bought from that same listing almost a year ago from the time of writing), and the holes don't line up right. That fan uses the common 154x154mm spacing. The centers of the fan holes are within the wire loops, sure, but a screw with a head wider than the screw hole will catch on the bent part of the wire (where it does the little level change) before being fully seated. It will need some bending with pliers to neaten it up and pull the flat area closer to the center. If your 200mm fan has the wider mounting holes for 220mm fans (170x170mm), then it should fit without modification.
