A little too dense to give my PC good air circulation so that was a no go but it turned out to be the BEST way to keep leaves out of the cowl on my Jeep so there you go!

I use one of these magnetic dust filters over the intake on my PC case. So far it has worked wonders for dust prevention, while not limiting cooling. After running Cinebench, there was no change in performance due to airflow. Highly recommend!

When my new desktop computer arrived with huge air openings over an 8 x 5 inch area of the tower, I was horrified. I couldn't believe they would sell a computer whose inner workings were so exposed. "Dust will take this out in no time," I thought to myself.It occurred to me to look for some kind of screening I could rig up and tape to the side. I had no idea this was such a universal problem these days, because there were so many dust screen products being sold for just this purpose. So I reviewed them for about an hour and decided on these.Perfect! Couldn't be easier to use! Three seconds, and the problem was solved! I am extremely happy and relieved.If the area you need to cover is within the measurement of this product and metal, I highly recommend.

My case has huge ventilation holes in the top with no filter or fans, so dust and anything smaller than 1/4" just falls right down and settles inside. This solves my problem perfectly. I'm sure some dust will make its way through, and it might limit air movement, but at least I don't have to worry about bugs or other large debris falling straight in and potentially damaging sensitive parts. Looks pretty good too.

These fit perfectly over my Samsung soundbar atmos upfiring speakers. It prevents dust from accumulating on top and the magnetic strips keep them in place.

The product was exactly as described and worked for my intended purpose. Upon arrival, the product was folded in half and creased down the middle to fit into a package that was too small for the product. Because of this, I had to lay the product flat and place a heavy object on top of it to conform it to its proper shape. After this, the product worked fine. Great product, but could use better packaging.

As someone who has had to go to great lengths to keep dusk out of their tower computers a simple and easy solution is always preferred and Having to install custom-fitted mesh screens that can be hard to clean after being installed. These magnetic covers can sit on the inside or outside of the case over the intake fans, they do not restrict the airflow very much and the magnets are strong enough for a good seal. I also cut and adjusted the magnet locations to get more surface area. These covers are large enough to cover most vents but I recommend you measure your vent locations before making the purcase.

High quality, strong magnets, fair price. Only thing to note is that the mesh is very dense, so it might restrict air flow a little bit, but will obviously do a great job of filtering dust. I mostly just use them on the top of my case where there's spots for exhaust fans that I don't even have installed. If you're gonna use it for intake, might be worth seeing what your temperatures are like before and after.

These are a good design and the magnets work well. They are a little restrictive on air flow unfortunately.I used foam mesh for most of my intakes, but I had these on my CPU radiator fans and I saw about a 15-20 C difference due to the limit of airflow out of the fans. The magnets are strong, easy to install and easy to remove.TL;DRIf you have a low volume flow system, these are perfect. If you are cranking your components and the fans at high speed, this will restrict airflow.

The mesh is high quality and durable, although a bit rigid. The 287x147mm size just barely covers a 280x140 rad, and if your rad doesn't come with pan/flat top screws, they will interfere with the magnets on the filter and leave a wobbly-looking top on your tower. The indent on a Corsair case with top rad support is much larger than the mesh as well, leaving gaps all-around it.

I was looking for a way to prevent cat hair from entering the inside of the case, and the holes on this filter are tiny enough to do that.Please note that this will obstruct airflow somewhat and give you slightly higher thermals. Most excess airflow will follow the path of least resistance, that is, toward the back of the case.For me, it's a small price to pay to keep the inside of your case clean.
