Shortly after getting our tower heater we had a severe storm blow through that damage some items on the heater. I contacted East Oak and they immediately started helping get replacement parts for my heater. The parts arrived quickly and undamaged making assembly easy. I have been very impressed with how courteous, polite and helpful they have been.

The East Oak Patio Heater is a very nice looking and quality built. I did have an issue with one part, but the customer service sent me a new part, no hassles. I highly recommend this product and company.

I like the product, but for cold Idaho winters it looks better than it actually does in giving off the heat in my opinion. There is heat, just not as much as I was hoping for.

It puts out absolutely zero heat. Total waste of money if you are expecting it to be any kind of a heat source. Would definitely not buy it again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

The unit is stainless which helps it from rusting. The assembly instructions were very good, better then the U-tub instructions. The unit is attractive so you donโt mind having it on your patio. This was a good purchase.

IMO this is more of a ambiance piece than a heater. It DOES heat, but as with ANY of these propane tower heaters, a breeze can negate any heat effect, unless everyone tries to crowd downwind. On a still chilly night its much better...but DAMN it sure is cool looking regardless of wind and temp. Only thing that seems a little suspect to me is the mildly hokey way the tank is secured. Buy it.

This is in the middle of our patio and we have seven chairs that surround it. It doesnโt get in the way of anyoneโs conversation. Itโs easy to adjust the flame to be very high and strong or very minimal. It provides a good amount of heat if you want that. Where we live only gets down to maybe the upper 30s For the lowest. The flame is contained in that glass tube and it is really fun to watch. I like it better than looking at a fire pit or a fireplace. We also purchased the cover that is made for it, which is very high-quality and fits over it very easily for during the summertime storage. It does not use a tremendous amount of propane, and the tanks are super easy to change out.

Very nicely constructed heater. Be advised it is Less heat output than the 'hi-hat' types but far more visually appealing. If you really need the max heat vs. a nice rounded experience and conversation piece than pass. Embossed design on the flat panels give it the appearance of ghost flames so nicer than others with plain flat panels. Glass tube is larger diameter than previous models and makes the flames even nicer. Takes about an hour to assemble which includes looking at the directions. Be sure to at least read the first few pages of the instructions as the first parts of the frame can be assembled upside down if not careful. If you see similar units at outdoor bars or decks this is much nicer as those are likely the smaller diameter tubes. If you need to relocate the heater, I suggest taking the propane tank out first.Very happy with it.
