I have purchased two of them and they are under my hardtop canopy I love them they put out great heat and are beautiful to look at day or night I would recommend this item to anyone looking for a great outdoor heater

I purchased these for a thanksgiving party last year and got huge compliments. My backyard is dark so I wanted something that can provide light as well and this did the job perfectly.Unfortunately, during the heavy winds and fires in LA this year, both lamps fell. Thankfully only one of them shattered but East Oak offered to replace it for free! Great customer service on top a great product.

I assembled and had a minor issue with a damaged screen mounting tab. It was quickly remedied by East OAK. They have amazing customer service and I cannot say enough about what a great company this is.The heater is a great backyard addition and impressive as the flame shoots up the tube. I've seen these at restaurants over the years and the price point now makes it very affordable.While I love using this I've learned it doesn't supply the same heat output as the dome heaters do. The dome heater has a much larger element however this one is definitely a visual pleasure as well as providing heat.Great customer service in the rare event you need it.

When the heater arrived it was packed perfectly. Directions were clear and made putting it together simple. Customer service is above and beyond what you would expect. I had the heater for two months, the wind came and it blew over and was damaged. I reached out to customer service and offered to buy replacement parts asked if that was an option. Even though the damage was in no way, the responsibility of the company that made the product they sent me replacement parts at no cost to me. The communication with me throughout the process has been very professional and timely. I would highly recommend buying from this company. The flame is stunning to view. It puts off good heat.

Looks nice but lacks heat. can really feel the heat compared to the normal cheaper patio heaters

I've bought many products I had to put together, but I was struck by how very organized this packaging was. The instructions were very clear, and even included a link to a video that I turned to a couple times. It was easy for just me, by myself, to put it together. We just started to use it, and it works quite well. Very glad we made this choice. In addition, customer service is exceptional. What a great product; what a great company.

Some other reviews say that it isnโt the warmest heater, but I find this heater to be really effective. Itโs a great centerpiece and adds quite a bit of ambiance to any environment. We really like it, itโs quite bright and lights an area well, and adds a fair amount of comfort on cold nights. The only downside is assembly can be a bit tedious.

This heater looks really nice and fancy. It was easy to build and it did not feel like it had cheap parts. Also needed help with a part and got quick and very helpful assistance from their customer Service team. Thank you!
