Infrared Heaters Work Instantly
Most heaters work through convection, gradually heating the surrounding air and letting it circulate until it's permeated the entire room, but infrared heaters emit a precise beam of heat that warms you directly by throwing out a steady stream of heat particles. This is amazing! I have tried other heaters to use in my garage and nothing has come close to this heater. It’s easy to operate and very sturdy. I have to use the remote to turn it off though, which isn’t a big deal, because the heater is hot to the touch. I definitely recommend this!!

There were no wall mount instructions and none to be found on their site or anywhere really online. The heat output is just ok. Also, there are no batteries for the remote.

Just turned the Briza on in my garage at 32 degrees F. It is radiating heat as it should.It has been in the low teens; now it is warming things up as intended.

A perfect product for MIDWEST homes if you have a basement shower and bedroom to heat up a small area ...This heater works great and easy movement ...Only thing is missing is a fan system to spread out the heat further but besides that if you nearby its PERFECT and love the remote

Super high quality. I am a photographer, I know good tripods, and this one is solid, with a locking pin for the center column. Critical given it is holding a heating unit. The unit gives off plenty of heat very quickly, good for a group around a table. Installation was easy; put two brackets onto the tripod, then use the nuts in the unit to connect to the brackets.

These are just over two years old, but they aren't used all that much. It is a great product for how it works. Just two issues - the cord is fraying (on both, I have two) and the remote stopped working (for one, pretty early on). It provides great heat, easy to move around. Makes no noise, so way better than any blower type heater. It is great inside and out. We use on chilly summer nights on the deck and inside when we only want to heat one area of our house. Really like these, but reluctant to repurchase due to the cord situation.

We purchased this for using beside our hot tub, for the winter months. It works well for us : it's on the stand, beside our hot tub steps, and gives nice heat to exit the tub on a cold night (down to -5 degrees Celsius this month) even in breezy weather . Plus we have a clothes hanger close by for our terry robes, so they are warmed up . So we are happy with this limited usage. We just unplug it after use. and move the heater and stand to a sheltered corner. We don't use the remote control much, though it works fine.

I had great expectations for this style heater. I have a small unheated garage and three seasons of the year I am able to use it as a makeshift exercise room. Winters are tough, though. I live in Southern New England so from December to around the beginning of April the garage can be so cold it makes it uncomfortable to use for an hour-long exercise session. I was hoping this heater would remedy that by heating the garage to at least 55-60F, a temperature that is comfortable when the body is moving and circulation enhanced.I've used it on cold days six times trying to problem-solve a solution that would help raise the ambient temperature. The best I can get is five degrees more, something that is unacceptable when the temperature in the garage starts at 40F. First I tried the highest setting, L3 for two hours. The thermometer hardly budged more than 2 degrees. Next, I raised the tripod setting to its highest and pointed the face of the heater down. Same result. Then I decided to preheat the garage for two hours before using it. Same result. I went back and re-read the instructions thinking I might be missing something and also checked a few YouTube to see if they provided any insight. The only thing I could find different was understanding that the radiant heat has to heat objects in a room and those objects, in turn, heat the air. So I lowered the tripod settings as far down as it would go and pointed the heater at the cement floor hoping it would absorb heat and then that would rise inside the garage. I turned it on and left it for 4 hours. When I came back the heat had risen only 5 degrees, still inadequate to heat the garage to a comfortable 55-60F.The best I can determine is this heater works only in very small enclosed spaces and when pointed at the user, warms him/her with radiant heat, but if they move from a direct line of sight it suddenly goes cold. So if you are reading a book or tying flies at a bench, this would be great, but then why would I do those things in an unheated garage [rhetorical, the answer is self-evident]. Frankly, I am greatly disappointed.

Very easy to assemble. I received it 2 weeks ago. I have installed it in my 4 seasons patio but the minute it went cold below 0°C around minus 5.The thing doesn't work. Doesn't want to work again. Not for Canada weather . Really not impressed.

I bought this primarily for indoor use in my sunrooom, which is always freezing in the Canadian winters and during COVID is now my home office. I also hope to use it outdoors to help with a little heat for small social distance gatherings, but haven't tried this yet. I've had it about a month now, and so far, I'm very impressed.I've set it up about 3 feet from me (roughly 4 feet above where I sit) and on the lowest setting, provides more than enough warmth than I need so far (but the coldest temperatures are yet to come). But I believe it will serve its purpose well on the coldest days. And we will see how it works outdoors. There is lots of radiant heat when close to it, so I'm sure it will be fine.Very pleased with the product and worth the extra cost compared to alternatives. Love that it is silent too.

These heaters were well worth the wait. A shout out to the Sellers as their customer service was stellar. There were several shipping issues with UPS but the Sellers promptly addressed the issues with UPS each time and ensured that we finally received our purchase. They were simply amazing!As we are anticipating lock down, we are planning to celebrate Christmas dinner outside, therefore these heaters are perfect. They are even better than anticipated i.e. sturdy construction, assemble with ease, very warm even when not on high setting, sleek look/design.We're very happy with this excellent purchase!
