I used it for family gatherings for my front porch. It works really well and was easy to put together. I wish I had bought one that wasnโt so tall. It definitely has extended outdoor use of my wrap around porch!

Got this for an outdoor party we had in our backyard in November, and I wanted to make sure our guests would be warm. It was perfect. It was in the middle and the size is perfect to where itโs not obstructive, nobody tripped over it, and everyone was warm because it put out heat like whoa. It does not come with a propane tank so thatโs something youโll need, but I canโt recommend this enough. I even had guests asking about it so they could get one themselves. Just a note: when putting together you will need 2 people because unless you have multiple arms you canโt do it by yourself. Power tools help make it go a lot faster and the instructions that come with it are easy to read and follow.

I'm 60 years old and a female. I actually put this together by myself. All I did was follow the instructions! I have been impressed with the quality! It feels very sturdy! It's on wheels and is easily manageable. It lights easily and the out put of heat has been great! Thank you East Oak! This patio heater ROCKS!!!!

Straightforward assembly, with well-illustrated instructions. This replaces a previous patio heater which was temperamental, and always difficult to get lit. Previous heater had a pilot, which always had a mind of its own with regard to whether it wanted to get lit and stay lit. The East Oak heater has no pilot. Turn on the gas, push the ignitor and stand back. Lights every time and puts out great heat. Looks good too. No hesitancy in highly recommending this heater.

We made the mistake of ordering three of these. Two of the three broke by the third time turning them on. I did some more research and it turns out the problem with their ignitor is a well-known issue and has been for some time. I called them and they asked for videos of the issue. I sent them. They then asked me to try operating the heaters a different way and that didnt work. Finally they agreed to send us replacement parts. I told them we needed the replacement parts to arrive in time for an event. They said they would send them. They were never sent. Called/emailed again, they assured me the parts would be sent right away and a fedex label would be created instantly. I just looked and they are still in the label stage nearly a week later, after they assured me they would be sent out. The product is crap and the customer service is non-existent. Avoid at all costs.

The heater is very nice quality and design. It was heavy and I had to wrestle it into the house, so I am very glad that it has wheels to move it around. The directions were clear, and I put it together alone (68 year old woman) in about an hour. It is attractive and the controls are easy to operate. I am quite pleased with it!
