Good enough.Has a weird "women weak men strong" sticker on the weight settings. Who's that for? No one cares what setting you're using it on. Everyone of every sort is at different levels with different goals.. pretty basic..Maybe a sticker with proper pose ideas would be cool. Or just like light workout vs strength workout mini guide. Something elseSettings don't seem accurate weights either - as a beginner I was hoping it would last a while. But it's something to do at your desk. Or if you have limited space.- Sounds like crinkling a bit on use.+ Doesn't smell like plastic.+ Has useful little plastic lock pieces provided so it folds up well.

I like this thing as it is adjustable, making it very versatile. I've used the spring loaded versions in the past but this much superior.Solidly built and convenient to use and, effective!

I actually enjoy using this for several sets every day in between working out with weights and resistance bands. There are several ways to hold this and knock off sets. As you progress with your strength you can adjust the dial for more resistance. I always like to be able to feel a little burn in the muscles while using it... if I'm not feeling it then I dial it up a notch. With it's small size I keep it along the side of the sofa and can knock out a few sets while my wife and I are watching a movie. I've seen a few reviews saying that some people had some of the bolts loosen up or the cylinder start leaking fluid... mine has definitely not had either of those problems and I use it minimum of 4 to 6 sets a day. It's convenient, well made and a really good price to start working on your upper body muscle groups... watch a few videos and you will see the many different ways to use this. I highly recommend this no matter your skill level.

I like this piece of workout equipment. It's easy to use and it fits right under my couch. I've had it for a couple of weeks and I can already tell a difference in my arms and chest. I have noticed that it starting to squeak at higher settings. I work with it an hour every other day. If you're looking to tone your arms and chest and not have a big machine around and don't have a lot of time. This little device is worth a try. Put it this way - it has impressed me enough that I went ahead and purchased a chest press machine to take my workout to a whole other level.

I like the idea that the screws are easy to get to and tighten if the arms get loose. The other device I purchased which is supposed to be a newer version has a cover over everything. I can't get it off since the screws holding it on won't loosen without stripping. So I just went ahead and bought this one. It feels very sturdy. I just used it for the first time. It is much more practical than the newer version. I'm getting in a good workout while I'm able to precisely set my resistance level in order to keep track of my progress. I'm wondering though how I can already be at notch 18 which is supposed to be equivalent to 400 Lbs. Maybe I'm stronger than what I thought. I am not massively huge. Oh well, anyway It's giving me an awesome workout. While people notice I'm building, I'm trying to keep it discreet how I'm doing It. Let'em think I'm going to the gym lol. I just don't know what I'm going to do once after I reach level 20(440Lbs). At least all the other exercises such as for back and biceps, and shoulders I don't need quite the max resistance, so I don't think that I'm going to outgrow the device anytime soon. As for how long the device will hold up, I'm not really worried about it. Probably at least 3 months. It's not really that expensive, so I figure I'll just buy a new one since the workout it gives me is all well worth it. Time will tell how long this one holds up. Think of all the hassle you would otherwise go through going to the gym and the money spent daily. This device is worth it even if you had to buy a new one every once in a while. Think about it lol!

...What color would that even be? Anyway...I am not a body builder nor am I a professional, in fact, I've been been in ill enough health that for the past several years I've been unable to do much of anything and have spent most of my time sitting and attempting to walk when my body let me. This year, however, I tried to push a little further and at least got some statistics for a couple weeks before my body failed me again.I bench 60 (10rep), curl 12 (10rep), can't do pull ups, etc., I am very weak. You know what I can do? ORM 19 power. That's only one less than the max weight amount available on this thing. Is mine defective? Is this how they all work? Is this only possible because you can recruit more muscles into the driving force? I feel my back, biceps and chest all working to close it. But if that's how it's supposed to work you'd think it would simulate even more weight to make up for the baseline being so high.Regardless, I do actually get chest activation using this thing which is great as I had a really difficult time feeling chest activation during any chest exercises I tried and since I now know that I can't lift free weights without my body self-destructing on me (thanks to the nurse that shared that the same thing happened to him and that he had to stick to gym machines and calisthenics) this has still become my main exercise tool, especially since it engages so many muscles.

At first, I thought this was pretty good - decent resistance, easy to store. But after a few months of use (not daily), it started to leak. For £60, that's ridiculous.

So far so good. This little machine has a good amount of resistance I am enjoying the exercises it targets the upper body well. I find that sometimes the screws and nuts get a little loose so you must remember to tighten them. Im glad i brought this.
