I was able to install 3ea 8-32 threads to center the wheel on a bushing-adaptor that I made. The plastic is typical "Bakelite". The pot metal inside is below any expected quality. That powder formed piece is the only typical poor quality that I expected. The handle works as it should spinning as the wheel turns. With this modification, it works.
