Bought this for my husband who uses talkies at church to assist with greeting guests as they came in for church and he loved that it was a great value for what he uses it for. He said it’s easy to use, has great sound and didn’t sound muffled and was comfortable for his ear.

I found the g shape to be comfortable on and in my ear for long periods of time, but it stopped working after just using once a week for 3 months. My co workers could here the click of the mic but could not hear me. I could here them though, then it suddenly started shrieking a loud high pitched sound in my ear. Almost like a home alarm system sound. Very disappointed. The price is ridiculously high for the quality of the item

So after using this with my kitchen staff, it works fairly well with newer model talkies. Older versions, you wont get audio in clearly or your voice wont be heard on the other side. The microphone works most of the time, but, there are times where my voice sounds muffled. The earpiece is the one part I dont like. If you dont have the little foam piece that goes over it, itll cause your ear to start feeling sore.Still, for what its worth, it works and does what I need it to most of the time.

I originally bought this product to use for work since the ones my company provided were very large for my slightly below-average-sized ears. This thing is amazing. In addition to being able to fit perfectly in my ear, the adjustable height on the piece that goes around the ear makes sure my mask, glasses, and headset don't fall off during 11-hour shifts. I also highly recommend this product to anyone that wants to look like a boss while getting paid minimum wage retail.
