Your cart is empty.The Eagle Claw Ice Fishing Arctic Tip-up is a budget friendly, quality tip up that enables you fish hands free or fish multiple hole locations at once. This model comes with a black plastic reel, horizontal support frame (rail), steel spring flag arms, eye catching orange flag and freeze proof grease on moving parts. The tip up is placed across the ice hole with the reel in the water with your baited hook. Then you would load the flag by placing under the “t” spindle attachment that will spin when a fish takes the bait and will send the flag flying into a vertical position.

I bought BEAVER DAM RAIL STYLE TIP-UP ($42), HT PRT-200 Predator Tip-Up ( $16) and Eagle Claw Tip-Up ($17) two each to try for ice fishing. The beaver dam tip up is most expensive , but Predator pretty much same quality and performance. I like them most. The Eagle Claw tip up come missing some pieces and its made from cheap plastic. I will be using them till two more Predator Tip up will arrive and throw away. Don't waste money guys....

This is very easy to use. Seems to work well..............although I haven't caught any fish with it yet. I would recommend it.

If your looking for limited usage / miminmum cost tip-up these fit the bill perfectly. Plastic is flimsy and does not survive well in extreme cold ( -10) prolobed storage followed by (0 degree) use! Ice fishing is not a summer activity! $40 down the tubes for three tip ups not big $ )but... . Insulated fabrill or ht brands are only $5 more spend the $ and buy it once!
