Fit my 1988 F150 2 Wheel Dr. single cab. Was exactly what I wanted level. The truck perfectly did not come with instructions for installation, but there are plenty of YouTube videos would recommend to anybody.

The OEM spring bolt is too long to use the extensions but is too short to use the spacers without them. Nut would only thread half way on and that is too unsafe for a suspension component or any critical component.This appears to be a generic spacer not specifically designed for any truck and they just try to say it works on as many vehicles as they can. This kind of junk is so frustrating and makes it almost impossible to trust anything anyone (sellers) tell you these days.

If you're looking to level a 2wd twin I beam just get the ready lift level spacers and be done with it.

Absolutely wonderful exactly what I needed. Easy to install lift about 2.5 inches.You will have to buy camber bushings to fix the alignment

I just pulled it out of the package and found scoring on both spacers (see pic). Wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting quality. 0 stars for advertising new product.

It says it’s not for an extended cab but I think what they meant was the 4 doors. Worked good and looks good! Have a 1992 extended cab 4.9 4 speed

This product was used on a Ford 150 and it was easy to install. For the price it was great. It's appearance it showed up looking new can't really see it when on the truck. It fit perfectly. And performs like it should.

Nice finish and look good but had a very tough time getting the springs to go over the small portion of the block. I had to heat and bend the spring coil back to get it over the block. Other then this problem the worked as they should.
