You can see best in the rolled cone. Back of plate cooked way hotter than front. Cheap import! We sent it back.

This was harder than heck to unbox. Once unboxed, I cut my thumb on the upright front panel. This thing is in serious need of deburring! I would not be happy at all with this if I needed it for commercial use, but I bought it for home use. I know there's a learning curve with making the cones. I've done two batches so far and have had some challenges, but have definitely decided they are my problems, and not the unit's problems. It does work well but it is poorly finished
