Good cover, would be nice it if was a bit more robust.Seems to have rotted out after 5-5 years, thus ordering another :-).5-6 years isn't too bad. Generally pleased.

It’s a nice looking cover and fits my DuroMax XP4850EH generator perfectly. The unit is located underneath my treated lumber deck do it gets some water. When I took the cover off after an evening of rain there was a lot of water on the gas tank and other components. Not a deal breaker, going forward I am placing a heavy duty piece of plastic on the generator first then putting this cover over. Aesthetically is is a nice thing to have on the generator.

I had to replace the original cover which blew off in a violent windstorm. Nobody in the community replied when I asked to have it returned. So I ordered this replacement to protect the generator from our NEPA weather.

I was reluctant to purchase this cover for my new XP4400 based on the reviews here and looked around for a better option. I did not find another cover made specifically for this model so I rolled the dice and bought this cover. I was very surprised when I opened the box and pulled the cover out. The material is not as thin as other reviews lead me to believe. It's a thick tyvek type material. It is not as thick and durable as say a gas grill cover and I doubt the tyvek cover would hold up long to the sun and elements but for indoor (garage) storage it's ideal. The fit is perfect with the roller kit/handles. The cover fits perfectly over the generator with handles attached and covers wheels. It's a perfect fit... not too lose but definitely not too tight. If you're looking for an outdoor cover I'd suggest going to your local big box hardware store and look for a generic grill cover. P.S I was going to take a pic but my cover fits exactly like the cover on the default pic here.

No quite sure with the other reviews that I have seen on this cover, but this fit my generator PERFECTLY. It is not tight at all, and conforms to the shape without problems. Perhaps earlier batches were defective? I just want to calm peoples worries about it being so tight it rips!One thing to note, the cover is made from a felt-like material that isn't canvas like. Perfect for storing your generator in a shed or garage. Not sufficient for outdoor storage where the elements would be in contact with it. Would have preferred it to be a tad more resilient, but for the price I can't complain! It will function as I need it.Lastly, one side is printed "Duromax" and the other side says "Durostar". Not sure if anyone cares, but just a little more info.
