These are almost 1/4” wider with larger oil holes than the 2004 bearings I removed. I would imagine these bearings with distribute the load of the camshaft better in the bore.

Upset with my time wasted. Engine is at my mechanic’s shop, ordered these bearings as he instructed to do so and dropped them off to him to complete my short block build. As he began assembling, he checked all bearings prior to installing and found #4 to be out of spec. It’s supposed to be the same as #2 but it wasn’t. He installed anyway to see what the fit was like and it was too tight for the lobe to slip through by hand. Now I have to buy another set of bearings and lose another week of downtime.

These are a little wider than stock, and worked great in my TBSS LS2. Be sure to line up the oil galley hole.
