This steamer worked well on my tile and grout, tub, and faucets. There was a notable difference in the tile I cleaned and the tile that has yet to be cleaned. The heat and steam that is generated is impressive. It made my place shine and smell so clean. It’s of good weight and quality, and moves around on its wheels easily. It seems very durable and while it isn’t a huge machine, it runs for a long time on a single tank full. Water doesn’t leak during use. I am impressed with this appliance and would recommend it.

I am not one to enjoy cleaning. I have enjoyed using this steam cleaner with lots of accessories! It is very easy to use it heats up in 8 minutes. I have 2 dogs and 2 kids and it really cleans my wood tile floors. I have used it on my couch and it did a great job cleaning it and removing some visible dirt. The tool to clean the windows I may be doing it wrong, it did clean the windows but water was dripping out from it at the same time. Not sure if it was me doing it wrong or if that is just part of it. I just had a towel following me as I cleaned the windows. It also worked great for cleaning grout. I'm excited to try it next on my stove! I do recommend this product, easy to use, functional and so many accessories to clean your whole house! The things we get excited about as we get older :)

I bought this based on a recommendation from an influencer I follow on Instagram. I got it during a black Friday deal, so it was a really good deal. So easy to use and comes with a number of different attachments. Heats up in about 5 minutes and it is powerful! It works so well and the items you can use it on are endless! I especially like using it to clean my bathrooms and walls. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Wanted to love this product but ultimately ended up returning. I ordered this in hopes of keeping our house clean and sanitized with a newborn but the amount of time it takes to set up and cool down is too long for routine use with small children around. I thought having it would make cleaning everything easier and quicker but that was not the case, cleaning took twice as long using this compared to the various chemicals and machines I had been using. I think if I had older children (or no children) this product would have made more sense and I would have been more likely to find it useful.Pros:-heats up fast-machine is very durable and straight forward to use-replacement parts are not very expensive-long cord for easy maneuvering-comes with a variety of attachments to meet different cleaning needs-cleaned glass shower doors easily and effectively-cleaned the walls easily with the various attachmentsCons:-only ran for long enough to clean two rooms before needing to be refilled, however you have to wait for the whole machine to cool before you can refill which takes awhile (more than 30 minutes in my experience and if you do it too soon you risk hot steam spraying back at you)-attempted to clean grout tiles on floor and shower with little improvement even with the attachment tool meant specifically for it-you still need a vacuum or mop to get up dirt on the floor after the product steams and loosens it-hard to switch out attachments while using due to the heat of the steam

Me sorprendió la calidad del vapor que genera la máquina, en cuanto a las críticas de escurrimiento de agua, hay que tener en cuenta que se debe a la condensación de agua en la manguera lo cual es completamente normal, otro detalle a tomar en cuenta es que no se trata de una máquina de lavado a presión, aunque el vapor si sale con fuerza pero su principal función es la generación de calor a través de vapor sobre condensado, asi de que cumple su función de manera eficiente.En resumen genera vapor con buena temperatura y presión, excelente para desinfectar y sacarle el provecho a la posibilidad de someter a altas temperaturas la suciedad y grasa para poderlas remover.

Have ran about five tanks of water through this machine and it’s really quite powerful. A few things to note, it does say 8 minutes to make steam and this is definitely not true even when filling the unit with hot water. It’s more like 15-20. It does warm up faster after the initial fill, I did three tanks back to back the one day and the third was closer to the 15 minute mark. Also follow the advice and lock the trigger on when filling it makes filling much faster. Just don’t forget to unlock it once you turn it on. You will want to wipe most things you’ve cleaned with paper towel after you are done if not using distilled water. This isn’t the fault of the cleaner, but rather the dissolved solids that drop out of the steam staying on what you’ve cleaned ie windows and chrome faucets. Working with steam in my work life I anticipated this. Also means you will have to descale the unit as per the directions. Not an issue just wanted to put it out there so people weren’t surprised. We don’t all read instructions hahaha. Speaking of instructions keep it moving and don’t wait in one spot too long, this steam is hot enough that there is the potential to remove finishes as well as dirt. I had zero issue but it is something to note. Some of the soap scum took multiple passes to remove but I didn’t ruin the finish on the tub.I’m another thing to note, when the light turns green saying that you are ready to use purge the hose in the sink or tub as it will be full of hot water. Be mindful of the splash back as the water is at or near 100 C. Once you get constant steam your good to go, and for a long while too. I didn’t time it but if I were to guess a tank will last about 15 minutes with the trigger constantly depressed.When using the jet blast steam attachment you will want ear plugs as it’s very loud, mine measured between 90-110 dB. This is far outweighed by the effectiveness of this tool. Made getting all the nooks and crannies as well as the grout between the tiles on the tub clean a breeze. As well as cleaning the top of our gas range. If you have a gas stove you know the oily residue that requires lots of elbow grease to get through. This thing obliterated it! The same with the oven, between the jet nozzle and the triangle brush it was almost enjoyable!The triangle brush with the elastic microfiber cloth attached to it made cleaning out teenage daughters tub almost fun, it erased soap scum almost effortlessly once the cloth was wet and hot.The floor attachment was amazing and worked well on our hard wood floors. The micro fiber pads attach easily and don’t fall off. Our floors already looked clean but the used pad said differently lol.The window attachment works well, but is a little finicky to get just right. More of a first time use problem I think. Once I got the hang of it, it was quite good as well. Word of advice, have a towel or paper towel at the bottom of the window to catch all the water that condensed from the steam on the window, and I followed up with paper towel on the glass to get rid of streaks.All of the attachments are well built and feel very good in the hand as well as not feeling cheap. The cord wrap in the base of the machine and rolling wheels so it follows while doing floors is a brilliant design touch. We threw all the dirty pads in the washing machine after we were done so the clean up is quite easy.All in all first impression this thing is worth every penny. It was worked hard the first day and didn’t have a single issue. If this changes in the future I will update my review, but thus far I’m very happy with this purchase. Don’t wait if you’ve read this far, buy it you won’t regret it!

Los pisos los deja como nuevos. Disuelve la grasa del horno, pero no el cochambre. El único punto negativo es que no hay modo de ver cuanta agua le queda, y tarda demasiado en enfriarse para volverle a echar agua. Fuera de eso, todo excelente. Lo recomiendo.Edición:Después de 2 años de haberlo adquirido, este limpiador se ha convertido en una herramienta indispensable para la limpieza doméstica. Hace poco, dejó de funcionar. Calentaba, pero no salía vapor. Después de mucho investigar, pude confirmar que el aparato se tapó con el exceso de cal del agua. Estuve viendo tutoriales en YouTube acerca de cómo destaparlo. Lo conseguí dejando días mitad agua y mitad vinagre en el depósito y después volteando el aparato y aspirando todo el interior del depósito con una aspiradora resistente al agua. Mi consejo es usar agua destilada para evitar este problema y descalcificar regularmente. Por lo demás, sigo recomendando este limpiador. El único que lo iguala cuesta 11 mil pesos. No duden en comprarlo, y cuídenlo.

I had previously owned another steamer, not Dupray brand, purchased through Amazon, which turned out to be deficient and which I had to return (the hose became detached during use, burning my hand). But I could see the potential, if only I could find the most efficiency at the best price. Main must-haves were: sturdy, high water capacity for protracted cleaning, high temperature and high pressure steam, and not much more than $200.Dupray's NEAT steamer meets all criteria. I can't see how any other unit could be as well-built and perform as well, without getting into the high-end commercial steamers costing $1K and up.First of all, delivery was more than fast - the item arrived three days early (a day and a half after ordering.) So that was a Christmas-comes-early bonus, maybe I was just lucky.I noted first of all when unboxing that the unit seemed brand new - even though I had taken advantage of an advertised "Used - very good condition" opportunity. I would never have known it was used at all. Everything was pristine.The unit itself is an attractive and minimal white cube which has a confidence-inspiring weight to it, while being quite manageable. It feels solid. There's a convenient retractable handle on top, and the cord wraps around a cord-wrangling bit underneath. I noticed right away that, instead of needing a funnel to fill the unit with water, the pressure valve sits at the bottom of a funnel-shaped depression on the top. Brilliant design feature that no one else seems to have thought of. When I unscrewed the pressure valve I was impressed again - the male/female connections are in metal (copper?), not just plastic.I tried it out and so far I'm very impressed by the steam, the high pressure (there's very little noise from the actual unit, but the force of the steam is apparent from the sound) and it's making short work of several tasks around the kitchen.The attachments and extension tubes are easy to assemble. It takes 40 oz of water, which gives at least 30 to 40 minutes of continual cleaning. The wand has a button for continuous steam so you don't have to use the trigger continually. Just fill with water (NOTHING ELSE except water) and the unit displays a big, orange light which changes to green when it's ready to go. The steam reaches a max of 275F, which is awesome.So far I'm super pleased with my purchase and impressed with Dupray - I think Dupray is the brand to go with. They certainly have built a solid and impressive product in this household-grade steamer.
