J'aime beaucoup mon nettoyeur vapeur. Il est solide et sécuritaire. Il se crée un peu d'eau par contre et les surfaces traitées deviennent mouillées. Je m'attendais à une vapeur plus sèche. J'ai pourtant bien suivi les instructions.

Pest control, this steam cleaner is well designed and is easy to operate and maintain. You get 316 degrees non stop. I love this machine.

Chose this Dupray Tosca cleaner and it is worth every penny. Have cleaned ALL of the grout in my home and cleaned all of my floors. Did a great job on my Wolf ovens as well. Next project is the area rug in living room and leather couches. Highly recommend.

Heats quickly to over 300 degrees. Cleans good. I have to say it’s overpriced but actually works unlike cheaper models I tried. Biggest complaint is the trigger won’t lock on, but there’s always duct tape…. LOL.

MY OLD PURCHASE:I've been using the McCullough steam cleaner for about 8 months. After 4 months I started to have to wear heavy waterproof gloves as the steam began to leak from the trigger. Plus the handle on the McCollough got blistering hot. Since I use a steam cleaner quite a bit I decided to look for a higher quality steamer.THE DUPRAY STEAMER:My review is brand new as I've only used the steamer for two jobs. I'm happy I spent the money. The steam is finer. The volume of steam is controllable. It's very well built. I can use it with my bare hands. The attachments are well engineered and you can use your own rags with some of the attachments. It heats up very fast.CLEANING:I've used the steam cleaner to recover dirty smudged walls and trim for apartment turning. I saved all the trim and several rooms from painting right off the bat. I estimate that I saved 4 gallons of paint. At $45.00 a gallon? Also when I turn an apartment I can clean my way out of every room leaving only repairs and painting if needed. I use the steamer for almost everything.CONS:I was emailed on two separate occasions that it would arrive in 15 days and then 28 days. It arrived in a week. The DUPRAY steam cleaner came with water in it. Not sure what that means. The paint had a couple of scratches in it. The cord was wound up and partially loose in the packaging. I'm choosing to believe it was factory tested not previously used. It worked per spec right from the start.ALL TOGETHER I highly recommend this steam cleaner at first blush. Time will tell however I'm off to a great start.

The steamer works very well,, all the attachments are very easy to put together and self-explanatory. It comes with extensions for carpets, tile, flooring , small corners, etc. I have used it for car rims for flooring for wall tiles in the shower steam cleaned my mattress and my carpets. You can pretty much use it on anything I’ve even used it on my wood floor with the cloth you will be amazed the dirt that comes off of your flooring with this machine.Customer service was phenomenal every email they answered the same day. It’s steams up within six minutes runs for about one hour of cleaning depending on what you’re using it for but it does last for quite a while if you fill it up again all you have to wait is 6 minutes. I never leave reviews for this I am leaving a review because I am completely satisfied and you know the old saying you get what you pay for yes it’s a little expensive but you get what you pay for. The steam this thing gives out exceeds any 100$ shark or standard mop. You can use this for commercial work also I am completely satisfied with this piece of equipment because of the ease of use, the steam it puts out,,, no waiting for it to heat up... end it cleans very very well if you take care of your equipment it will last a very long time, just like anything else.

I was a little disappointed at first. I expected the steam vapor to all but take the paint off of my baked-on, caked-on grill. And I thought...this thing is not up for it. Then I had a reality check with a bottle of 409 and a scrubber. NOTHING was up for that train wreck of a neglected grill. So that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship...forgiveness. I'm sorry little steamer...not your fault at all.Let's start with what it CAN do, which is everything.I bought this steamer to sanitize my boat cushions since I found rodent leavings. The cushions are synthetic-ish cloth and they looked brand new when I was done. They also had no smell at all. This thing blows steam vapor, so they were not wet. They were moist at first and then dry in under 5 minutes. Amazing. So I took it down to the boat. I have a 33 foot express cabin. Any boat owner knows, that at some point, the cabin and bilge have mildew growth and get moldy. I have battled mildew and mold since I bought her using killers, stain removers, scrubbing, white vinegar...blah blah blah. Steam. Steam is the answer. It MELTED the stubborn mildew stains out of the cabin linings, padding, etc. And...steam kills it so it won't grow back. My boat looks brand new and it is 12 years old.My next step is to steam the bilge and try it on limescale in the bathroom. I will update afterward.Other things you need to know.It comes with great, useful accessories. Its fun to figure out what to do with them. The squeegee tool is really cool.It is relatively safe. It is pretty hard to burn yourself with it. I did, but I was actually trying to see what it would take. I dunno, I'm weird like that. I mean...I wanted to give the best review possible. It is light and easy to work with. I can carry it around with a full boiler with no problem. I am a 5'6" tall, female and horribly out of shape. Must be the constant sitting and snacking. It heats up very quickly. If you're think about buying a Shark or some other model marketed by Bed Bath and Beyond, let me help you understand the differences. I bought a Shark for my parents. It is a good product. If you want to sanitize rather than really clean, it's for you. It also has a price-point of less than $150. I used it to sanitize my parent's house after my dad was diagnosed with cancer. Like I said, it is a good product and does it's job, but I had to work pretty hard along with it to get half of the results that I wanted. The difference is it's capabilities. It takes very long intervals of holding the steam on a surface to work. This can leave the surface wet.The steam also isn't very hot, so additional wiping and scrubbing is necessary. You have to refill it constantly. You have to wait quite a long time for it to heat up.Its a pain in the ass to use. Clunky and burdensome. The Dupray follows you around like a puppy dog.I realize that Dupray's products are expensive. But for $100 more than you would pay for a Shark, you could get the household version of a Dupray.Closing comment... I don't know how I ever lived without it.
