This machine is a beast! It's solid, and should last a long time. Cleans just as the video ad shows. My son just moved into an old home. The Hill injection was perfect for cleaning up all surfaces and shining up old faucets etc...I used it on my son's old sofa. It removed fingernail polish , glitter glue, old milk stains etc. Couch looks like new. Great for carpet stains and sanitizing toilets. I love how the steam will blast out anything beneath a toilet seat hinge. Got dried paint drips off a wooden floor...in a nutshell, the Hill Injection makes cleaning a breeze and it's thorough in it's job.

In two days, I have cleaned dirty grout, hardwood floors, sink and toilets, beds and more. Truly enjoyable to see this level of performance. Absolutely recommend this and yes its pricey but worth it.

Just the perfect size for your home. Digital display and rapidly drying steam at high temperature that makes your floor feel so clean. The tools are commercial grade and heavy. The locking clips work well but take strength to interchange pieces. Wheels swivel and ride easily on floor. Handle on top of boiler makes it easy to carry. Two shutoff points on machine, one on top and one on the side making it safer to unplug from outlet. Continuous steam and water filling ability.Price is steep but it is for commercial and residential use. Comes with nice thick storage bag that collapses on top if you just want to use the rectangular tools section only. Hoping Dupray will make the same stainless steel machine for just home use with a lock in place handle so you don’t have to push button constantly for steam like this one. And lighter weight tools.

We use this steam cleaner to clean chairs. It did an ok job. The boiler is small, and the detergent injection wasn't worthwhile. I would suggest purchasing a steam cleaner with a larger boiler and more continuous pressure.That said, this could all be forgiven if the thing was reliable. When you spend $2k on a piece of specialized equipment, you expect it to work. After two years, the problems began. The hose would continuously give us issues - we'd open it up to repair it (replacing an o-ring), but the repair would never last long. After two years, the boiler started to act up. This got worse and worse until the boiler straight up refused to feed. After 3 years of religious distilled water, descaling, and boiler purges, my machine is now useless. Our use has not even been that heavy, with 6-8 descale cycles over the machine's lifetime. If I had known the machine would fail this quickly, I wouldn't have bothered to maintain it.I've left a phone number with Dupray customer support. Hopefully I'll recieve a call back. Still, our small business relies on this machine to operate efficiently. When the machine is out of commission, it costs us time and money. I thought I was paying a premium for reliability. Clearly, I was wrong. Don't make the mistake I did.EDIT. Since the machine broke before three years were through, I was able to get the machine warrantied for $300 + $40ish in shipping. The process took around 1.5 weeks. Turns out the pump that would feed water from the holding tank to the boiler had broken. If this had happened a few weeks later, after the 3 year limited warranty had expired (the longer - or is it lifetime? - warranty is on the boiler only), the manufacturer would not have repaired it any price. Insane.Anyway, we got the machine back. It worked for a few weeks. It stopped working here and there after those few weeks were through. It's been 3 months now and the machine has been stable and reliable. I hope this continues, but I do not have my hopes up.

I'd say it's worth it for this machine, although, I think you kinda get skimped on the accessories, then latter get dogged on for shipping and costs. 1 large blue microfiber cloth? Really?I got this machine a few months after already owning a Dupray Neat. So my expectations were... That this machine would be better... And let me tell you, the Dupray neat, is total dogshit in comparison. Even though the Neat is still an absolutely great machine. Although, it's more reasonably priced since I got one. This machine just packs a remarkable amount of power behind it. I feel like the PSI is more on par to being 151PSI rather than what is advertised. I'm not complaining. The heat on it does seem to drop off quite a bit, but I don't notice it dropping below 300. I wish that there was an attachment that I could hook up to the end of this machine, in combination with a shop vac. and have it do carpet cleaning/uphaulstry cleaning extraction.I've thought to 3D print one for myself, but that'd require I have a 3D printer, and, yada, yada, yada.Anyways, great machine, remarkable, really.

Was going to use this for cleaning generator windings ,but my wife saw this and decided to do her carpets also. And then her floors too. What a machine. Had to think twice about buying this but well worth it. You don't have to stop to refill and it gets water hotter. Floor and carpets never was so clean. Knew I liked steamer in 5 minutes of using. You get everything twice as clean in half the time

I have spend a great deal of money on different types of cleaners and machines to clean my 2 year old matte textured plank wood like porcelain tiles thru out my house. From small machines under $250 to larger ones around $750. Scrubbers, steamers, cleaners,etc. None worked well. I wasn't able to clean grease marks, feet marks, or any deep dirt without alot of hand scrubbing. This steamer works ! It's pricey ! However when you clean your floors weekly, like I do, the savings is there. My back, knees, and hands are thanking me. No need to buy so many different types of cleaners. I have used the steamer on all my floors, on my tile showers which had alot of rust marks, and on my carpet. I am so happy, I may the leap !

You have to constantly hold down the steam trigger button to release the steam and this can be tiresome. Customer service was very poor and their return process is nothing to admire.

This is a great machine to use around the house to detail car, clean shower glass, fume hoods, hardwood and grout. Good steam temperature and the ability to refill on the fly. Solid build that should last you a lifetime.The accessories that ship with the machine should cover most needs, with the additional brushes available for purchase covering any specialty cleaning needs.One recommendation is to have Dupray ship a sample size of Biovap with the unit. This will allow owners to evaluate the product and determine if they need to purchase the full bottle.
