Perfect! I use these to make polish porgies. If you have trouble with your dough (for any recipe) sticking, put a little flour on the edges and it will work perfectly. These cut my prep time in half.

Sizes were great for empanadas and gyoza, but they don’t seal the dough even with water or egg wash. Ended up crimping and pleating by hand. On to the next set…

It’s made out of a hard plastic. Used it to make empanadas but with plantain. I went with this set cause I’m getting comfortable with cooking. This was easy to use for someone like me. I can also seeing this last a very long time. The quality is pretty good. It doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s going to break. It’s very sturdy better than I was expecting.
