Had to redo some set screws while replacing a shaft in an electric motor. Worked great where I made a new hole. The threads feel a little loose though, but that's not a problem as long as you don't over tighten.

Long story, but my son purchased a tech rail for his airsoft gun. It came with 3mm screws to mount it. I had to take apart his airsoft gun, locate the tech rail, and then drill and tap the mounting holes. The drill and tap set worked well. Unfortunately this will now become a "dust collector" in the workshop because I am sure I will never have another reason to drill and tap 3mm holes again as long as I am alive...
