Perfect for not letting my home computer logout while I am in the middle of a project. However, sometimes I don't want it to stay logged in so didn't want to keep having to change my setting.

Works great when it is working. If I use any of the buttons it shuts off and then will not turn back on without disconnecting the power cable and the plugging it back in which is annoying and adds wear and tear to the charging port on the base or I have to crawl under my desk to detach from the plug. Power button shuts it off but it won't turn back on and can't adjust the interval without doing this everytime.

Works as described. Only issue that it was shown with a plug in and it wasn't included. Also doesn’t state not included. You only get a power cord. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars.

I found out after receiving this jiggler that it did not work with my optical mouse due to the sensor position. After sending a request to Amazon to return the product, the company reached out to me and made several suggestions to correct the issue. However, by the time all of this was concluded, I had already received a different model for replacement, and was in the process of returning the product. Happy with the customer service, disappointed that it did not work with my mouse.
