Really good value for money, comes with a couple different K type thermocouples. Was useful for trying to balance my radiators at home as you can measure individual temperatures or temperature difference l. Also useful for checking oven temperature and ensuring the temperature sensor on oven is working correctly. Really easy to use, would highly recommend.

Overall kind of chintzy, but works. The biggest issue is that the connectors for the probes are reversible, so it causes the temperature display to fall as the temperature rises and vice versa.

Received March 22 and used about a week later for a few minutes, today, July 2, I got it out to use for the second time and it is dead, will not turn on. Checked 9volt battery and it is good. Will not power up. Of course it is just out of the return window.

I needed to check the temperature of my lead smelter. Seems to be accurate and the ability to have 2 readings is nice. I've also used it to calibrate a toaster oven for powder coating.

Part of this probe is plastic and melts at about 500F while measuring boiler stack temperature.

I guess you get what you pay for. Cheaply made and it takes too long to register a temp.

Only one of the two probes actually worked, and the working probe was off by 6 degrees. There is no way to calibrate the unit. I do not recommend
