Weak anchors, soft screws, and the “matching” screws don’t fit their anchors well, so once fully in they’ll turn and turn instead of tightening. Waste of money and messed up my wall.

I bought this because I always seem to need spare parts and I hate going to the hardware store for 2 screws. The selection is good and the case is nice.I received this with the end damaged. The clasp was gone and the plastic so damaged it wouldn't hold in the screws. I emailed the seller asking if he could send me another case so I didn't have to go through the hassle of returning and rebuying. They replied to my request within the day, and not only did they send a new case, but they sent another unit completely within 4 days. I was so impressed with the speed of contact.
