So this didn’t fit our dryer perfectly, but I put up with it. It was too thick and too narrow, even though it said it fit our model number. But today, after only about three weeks of use, the felt gasket tore away from the plastic frame and the thing is useless. Utter and complete garbage. Do not buy.

I purchased this to replace the original screen which had a similar failure. The original screen was years old. This has not reach 6 months and already the seal is pealing off. When this item arrived I compared very closely the physical shape of this to the original and could see no difference. The seal material that has failed was the only difference. The old, original item had more of a felt seal; the new item is more rubber. Now I need to decide if I will try to fix a poor design or purchase again from a different vendor. I do not recommend this product, this should not be failing this soon after purchase. It seems the bonding agent was inadequate for the application.
