Purchased this item in the fall/winter months of 2021. The pump did not work. I reached out by message and by requesting a refund or an exchange of at least the pump. The mattress was fine because I used the old pump from the old mattress I had. It sucks that I paid this kind of money for something that did not work. This company should be ashamed of themselves for avoiding my messages and not trying to do their due diligence to preserve their client customer relationship. I have no interest in patronizing them again.

my son bonged down in it, hard to turn him or pull him up. It was like there was a slow leak, it never came up to where he was not bonged down. I played with it for a few weeks, trying to do different levels, nothing worked, It was almost like a slow leak, maybe?? It was like it was 1/4 deflated or more over all, They are replacing it, so we will see. we had a different one for 7 yrs , so I know how they are suppose to work..

Bought this for my husband who is a bariatric pt (over 400lbs) and currently in a hospital bed at home unable to walk or stand. The foam mattresses were bottoming out on him and causing some beginning skin breakdown. We found out insurance doesn't cover an air mattress unless he already has bedsores which defeats the purpose of prevention. This mattress has been a lifesaver for him as far as his comfort and skin care. The redness he was starting on his backside and bottom has already improved after only a few weeks and he no longer experiences the pain he was having in his bottom and back. Well worth the price. Mattress works great as described. Only issue we experienced is as we sit him up on the side of the bed the cover is slick so he would start to slide off, we fixed this by first letting some air out of the mattress each time before sitting him up. All in all we are very pleased with this mattress and would highly recommend it.

I could not find bed dimensions on any of your beds only the dimensions of the shipping container. Five minutes after the purchase i wrote you and told you my bed was only 37' wide and that I needed a certain model number. I gave you the model numbers that would not work for me including the widths of each. You wrote me back and told me not to worry that the bed was only 29' and I had nothing to worry about. Well you sent me a model number I told you would not work and was 42' wide. I waited five days on a broken bed developing bed sores and had to have friends make a desperate search fora Bed overlay here in Hawaii. I had to buy what was found for around $2,500 over what I had spent with you. I complained and you said I could return the be within a time limit I never could succeed at as I have been beed ridden 12 years. None of you bed gave the right detentions so for each on I had to doe laborite search separately on the web, involving hours. Please read the mail I sent you. I see finally you have corrected your error and now! the beds finally show the inflated dimensions and I have a 42 inch $1,528.00 that I can not use at all. Do you think your arrogance upset me besides costing me dearly? The person who imagined a 29" bed could fit a sleeping man should be fired.
