Maybe 3 stars is harsh, but sourcing these pulleys seems hard. Other pulleys that cite 07 4Runners have mixed reviews. Anyway, this pulley fit my 07 4Runner and aligned well w/o a washer, but I had to press out a bushing that prevented full engagement with the stock tensioner bracket. Once the bushing was out, it fit, but I was left wondering whether to use the modified pulley or the trusty 196,000 miler that still spun smoothly. As I wanted all fresh serpentine parts, I did use it. But I kept the old one just in case. Why is this part so hard to find? The full tensioner assembly is a PITA to replace. I will say, this pulley fit better than the one that came with a cheapo tensioner. So, if you have a press, you have a pulley.

Toyota will not sell you just the bearing, nor will Rock Auto, you must buy the entire tensioner assembly. This bearing allows you to just replace the defective part at a great savings. It’s not that bad of a job, even if it only lasts half as long as the original bearing it’s well worth it.

2006 Toyota Avalon 3.5L engine. This tensioner pulley was as near an exact replacement as the original vehicle pulley and provided a wonderful option to just replace the noisy tensioner pulley. I checked numerous parts stores and no one listed a replacement tensioner pulley, instead it was only offered as a complete tensioner unit. Certainly a more extensive and involved repair as well as more costly. NO the other belt Idler pulleys on the engine do not work on the tensioner unit although they look very similar and some parts stores were eager to sell them as for use on the tensioner unit.This Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley Kit 0187-GSU45 16620-31031 16620-31051 for Lexus & Toyota, was the only replacement tensioner pulley I could find and happy to say it was an excellent outcome.

The Pulley kit was just as described. Works like it should. Shipped and arrived fast. The seller was spot on with great communication. Highly recommend and will definitely buy again!

i like that it fit like oem. n they the company texted me back like immediately. n told me it would fit. my car a2008 toyota avalon is less noisy and the pulley fit like a glove. it totally matched the old pulley. im very very happy with this purchase.

Perfect fit for 2007 sienna, I preferred using the original bolt but couldve used the one supplied if needed.

I installed new idler pulley bearings when I replaced my serpentine belt. Most manufacturers tell u replace them together, but that depends on cost too, it can get pricey.
