The pulley inner profile is different and not a direct fit with 2013 MDX bearing washer; need to fit with a new size washer to work.

To confirm, this fits a 1986 Ford Mustang.It is Made In Canada. It worked perfectly, you will need to remove the washer/spacer if you still have your original one.
