I do a lot of trout fishing at our local state park and go through a lot of small hooks. Small hooks are always hard to find at local stores. These work well and have sharp barbs. They are not the strongest hooks I’ve used and took a star off for quality, as sometimes I’ve hade them break usually when taking out of the fish. All things considered these are a good choice for the price.

The size 12 hook is too heavy to be used for tying dry flies. But good for nymphs and small streamers. Smaller sizes will work for dry flies. They are a very sturdy hook and sharp. I will buy again at this price.

Great quality hooks for tying emergers and caddis! Only thing is the eye are miniscule especially if you crowd the eye like I do. Other than that, I'm satisfied with their performance tying wise!

Nice nymph hook, strong, sharp wire. I like the shape of this hook for tying nymphs

I ordered the gold #14 hooks and they are true to size, super sharp, and have a nice "buggy" bend appropriate to a nymph.Great value at 100 for $7 and great for tying.

Hooks seem to be of good quality. They don't bend or break while tying. Silver color is supposed to blend in with water better, we'll see if that's true.Price always reasonable.I would purchase again.
