The versatile 1/8 In. (3.2mm) diameter carving bit is made of tungsten carbide. The ball shape of the accessory can be used to make concave cuts or hollows out material. The tip makes round bottom slots and grooves and can be used for rounded side cuts. Compatible with all Dremel corded and cordless rotary tools. There’s no need to hunt for the right collet, all Dremel rotary accessories feature a 1/8” standard shank.

Did the job i bought if for. Removing broken ezout from 351 head. Take ur time and eat away at it and it goes smoothly. Don’t force the tool or but. I’d buy again

I had to slot some holes in 16 Ga steel, because my holes weren't perfectly aligned. This cut through the steel like butter - I've used other Dremel bits that weren't Tungsten Carbide, and they had a tough time with steel like this. I thought I might need a lubricant, but these just blasted through without slowing down. You definitely want to wear safety gear - dust mask, eye protection, thick gloves - when you use this. It will shoot out tiny bits of steel into you (I got some in my fingers because I didn't have gloves at first). Just a reminder - not a negative of the bit! It does show the contrast between the other bits I used and these - I didn't need the gloves with the bits that didn't work well, because they didn't remove large enough bits of steel to cause a problem. It'd be nice if it were a little less expensive, but it does work great.

This carbide burr did way more cutting on Hard steel than I thought it would.

I have just a regular steel burr and this one...this is superior to the average steel burr. I used it to Completely worth the price! engrave stainless steel tumblers and it works supper at about 25K RMP.
