I’ve been telling my husband that we needed a lockbox for the house, and this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. It’s a solid, sturdy metal box with a simple key lock that comes with two keys, so you can keep a spare in case one goes missing. The size is perfect for storing personal items you want to keep private. It fits neatly into my drawer and holds everything I need, from important documents to cash from sale days. And yes, if I ever decide to hide some cookies from the rest of the family, they’re going right in here too!One thing to note is that there’s some confusion over whether it’s fire safe, it’s not listed as fireproof, so I probably won’t keep irreplaceable documents or anything I couldn’t bear to lose to fire damage in it. But for general security and privacy, this is a great little lockbox that gives me peace of mind knowing my essentials are tucked away and locked up. The handle makes it easy to carry if needed, and overall, it’s a simple but effective addition to our household organization.
