These arrived bent and wouldn’t straighten. Their round shape made navigating the drain difficult, and one snapped off, causing a full blockage. I had to use a power auger to clear it. Poor design and flims.

This product works for me. You have to be a little careful not to get be barbs hooked on something other than the drain clog, but all it all the product will fix a clogged drain quickly if the clog is within reach.

Works great to remove hair clogs from drains. Very easy to use, but be careful, the barbs are sharp.Just in case you have never cleared a clogged drain... what you are going to remove from your drain is going to be gross... I think the level of gross-ness depends on how long the clog has built up. Hopefully you catch it early and the clog isn't full on, green faced, both eyes crossed, dry heaving, smells like something died gross. Either way... you've got this awesome gadget to help you.

I knew I was fishing for a hair ball in my shower drain. My old tool was worn out so I purchased these because of the length. They are not flat like the others. The are round. I pulled the drain cover and inserted the tool. It is difficult to get around the bend like other hair removal tools that are flat and ribbon shaped. When I went to pull the tool out of the drain, to my horror, the last few inches broke off. The drain was slow, but moving. So I optimistically hoped the broken end would somehow pass. After pulling some hair, with a second tool, the end did not come out with it. Instead, it hung up and began trapping everything going down the drain. A few uses later, the drain was completely blocked. Using a power auger, I was able to finish removing the clog. The broken piece was right in the center with those convenient little barbs holding on to everything. These are going right into the trash. A broken piece will turn your slow drain into a completed plugged drain very quickly. Just flexing the tip results in a break.

I was attempting to unclog a bathtub through the drain because the plunger corroded and couldn’t be removed to properly snake the clog. The nylon drain snake was very durable and easy to use, but it retained its shape from packaging circular and curvy, being quite stiff and curved it would fling the contents of the drain everywhere if you weren’t careful, and couldn’t follow the contours of the drain pipe enough to reach the clog. It definitely works for certain drain configurations, but didn’t work for me.

Super handy! I hate using chemicals and that only buys you a day or so then it's backed up again. This gets all the hair and gunk out of the drain first try and gets the water draining instantly. Time and money saver!

These were to bent to be effective, I tried straightening them as described for weeks and it had zero affect. It's a sturdy product and shipping was very fast. I just wish they could send them already straight
