This was by far the best controller grips I have had. I sweat on my palms a lot and this never gave way! So, if you are really into gaming - this is your go to for that extra grip strength you're looking for!

Goes on incredibly well, tack isn’t too spongy, yet it’s sweat eating and keeps your tacky.Take your time and I promise you will fall in love with your controller all over again.

I don’t really have a sweaty hands issue, but I do have an issue with the Xbox controller size, way too small and makes my hands cramp. However, I do find the rubber on the elite controller (bigger controller, no cramps) to be rather slick. I bought this to address that issue but first did the application on a regular controller. This stuff works extremely well for what it is advertised to do. Putting it on wasn’t difficult, the shapes of the cutouts are hard to get wrong. I should note, I did use a heat gun after applying (hair dryer would probably work as well) and that softened up the grip tape and and allowed for a bit of stretching/movement. After cooling, it hardened back up and looks like it came from the warehouse with the grip material as an original aspect. I recommended going slow if applying heat, angle away from battery section and have an X-ACTO knife for minor trimming if necessary. Buying another set for my elite controller.

I previously wrote a review on this that was less than gracious, but decided to re-write it on account of I have zero patience and didn't take a minute to watch the video. GREAT product! Great feel, texture and after getting it worked onto the controller I played for hours without palm sweat. The Xbox one grips aren't perfectly matched to an elite 2 controller, but a bit of trimming and it works great.

As smooth as the xbox controller is, you need something like this to keep control of the controller. I bought these with high hopes.They were easy to apply and a little attention to aligning the seams, they looked like they came with it.After about six months, I noticed the X-pad piece was sliding around and would not stay in place due to the adhesive weakening.Within a couple of weeks, the bumper and trigger buttons along with the joystick buttons also began sliding around.Shortly after that, the rest of the controller grips edges began to come loose and created a surface that was impossible to hold on to comfortably.As a result, I removed all the grips, cleaned all the adhesive residue from the controller surfaces with 90% alcohol.Maybe I will make my own.

I had xbox sport controller and received a new controller with the 'share' button for xmas. All I wanted was a replacement sport controller b/c the sport controllers have the softest silicone-like grips, not plastic, and it is the best comfort for my fingers. I cannot find a replacement sport controller b/c of the release of the new xbox and controllers and consoles are sold out. So I did the next best thing, I purchased this for the new controller. Installation took awhile and wasn't perfect, I even used the hairdryer. It doesn't feel as good as the sport, although better than the plastic basic grips, but I still feel something is missing. It works good for grips but is not great at comfort. I would not recommend over a sport, but would recommend to improve your basic controller.

Ordered this looking for some sort of maybe get me by solution for, as i said, my sweaty palms issue. I've always just played through it honestly, and didn't even know things like this were a thing. Anyway, cue eminem palms are spaghetti meme.... Moving on... My dragon grips arrived a day earlier than listed. Great start. I chose to clean my controller, as on top of whatever sweat and dirty crap that would be on it, i let my child go ham on it with my paint markers a while back, and it was just in need of it. Once that was done, it was just a matter of looking up a video about how exactly the sticker stencils were meant to be put on my controller because i didn't understand the instructions very well. That isn't shade over their insert; i'm just poor af and was scared i would mess the stickers up, and decided i wouldn't take chances. With a video guide though, adding them was almost intuitive, and certainly easy. You don't have to, but i chose to let mine sit for a while under my lamp just to ensure everything stuck well, and wouldn't be sliding around or off under heat at all. Nothing slides what so ever. When you get a grip, you get a freakin' grip my dudes. The video guide i watched said that it might be awkward using the button grips, but personally, mine do not slide one bit, and feel way better than slick natural button style. Overall, this just makes fps games a lot more fun now that i don't drop my controller in key clutch moments when my nerves make me a dipshizz lol... 10/10 would recommend for any console controller that these are sold for, heck i'd even buy them and use them on other crap around my house i need grip tape on tbh lol Good job Dragon Grips guys. First all of, this is an amazing product for the money. Easily the best mod you can do to your controller for the least amount of money. If you suffer from sweaty hands, this is the product for you. The grip is tactile enough to provide a great grip and decreases sweating, but not harsh enough to hurt your hands after some game time. It was easy to apply, and a almost perfect fit (I’m quite OCD and the fit on this was satisfactory). The only complaint I have is some of the pieces are hard to distinguish when trying to find them to peel off the adhesive paper, as some blend in to the rest of the black with no distinct line. Overall a great product, and the only complaint is quite negligible once you move along in the application.I would advise using a hair dryer as mentioned in the instructions after application to remove all air bubbles and rough edges, as doing so greatly improves the feel of the product.
