It fits loosely. The mold is the wrong shape to precisely fit the top of the Xbox One controller. Xbox One controllers have a convex top, but the inside of these caps is concave. It leaves a big empty space in the middle and feels all squishy when you press your thumb on it.I suspect these were made for a different type of controller. Would not recommend. There are other products that look similar on top but are properly molded on the underside for the Xbox One.
